It is built on a 26’ Tumbleweed Tiny House utility trailer, very well built trailers specially designed for Tiny Houses.

Windows are aluminum clad with wooden interior, very energy efficient. The master loft features 2 skylights, one fixed and one that can be opened. The second loft features dormer windows along both sides. The bathrooms wall is already in place and includes a pocket door and a large, 42” shower. This Tiny House is very well insulated and designed to stay nice and toasty warm through cold Iowa winters. A Dickinson Marine Newport P12000 Propane Fireplace Heater has been installed for heating. Plumbing and Electrical have already been roughed in, although fixtures have not been installed. LP Board Smart siding and trim and a high quality metal roof have been installed on the exterior.  Birch plywood stairs with a large amount of storage space underneath have been installed leading to the Master Loft.
