Our custom-built tiny home dubbed the Cat House sits on a 28’ Movable Roots trailer and has just over 350 sq ft of living space counting the lofts. This home is a unique design where we planned for and designed the home around not only the clients but their four cats. We were able to separate the bathroom from the living and kitchen area. Giving the bathroom a sense of privacy. We also designed the lofted master bedroom where you can stand at the foot of the bed and change your clothes or have easier access to the king size mattress. There is an abundant amount of cabinetry and custom storage options. These clients plan to travel frequently with their tiny home, so we added both black and grey water tanks as well as freshwater tank for those days they're off grid. The Cat House also features a retractable awning to provide shade when parked. The awning has wind sensing capabilities as well to automatically retract when the wind gets to a certain speed.
