For those that prefer a different exterior look rather than our traditional Log Cabin Park Models, we now offer the Cottages featuring LP SmartSide in Board & Batten style.  We’ve maintained our traditional durability, high energy efficiency and rigidity while providing a new stylish exterior.

Green River Cottages will offer our current floor plans of the Top Line, Riverview, Bluechip, Wheelchair Accessible and the Guest House. The Cottages can be ordered as the Prestige Series or as the Resort Series.
