We’re thrilled to introduce our latest model, the Kemi, a 20-foot Scandinavian-style tiny home.
From the outside, the Kemi is an eye catcher with its gabled roof and sleek black standing seam siding, giving it a modern yet timeless appeal. Step inside, and you’ll be welcomed by the warm glow of southern yellow pine, locally milled in North Georgia. The natural wood not only looks great but adds a cozy, rustic charm that feels right at home, especially in a setting like this. The interior design embraces the Scandinavian aesthetic, with large picture windows that flood the space with natural light and offer stunning views of the surroundings. The main floor is spacious and functional, featuring a queen-size bed, LED wall sconces, and plenty of room to move around. The kitchen,is well-equipped with black granite countertops and sleek black cabinets that offer plenty of storage. While this setup works for minimal cooking, there’s room for future additions like a laundry unit, which is always a good option for those planning on a longer stay. The upper cabinets add extra storage space, ensuring everything stays neat and organized.
The spacious bathroom, measuring 48 inches deep, is larger than previous models and ideal for Airbnb guests. It includes a standard flush toilet, a large shower with black walls and shower pan, and a compact wall-mounted sink. A small storage loft above the main living area will be expanded in future models to fit a queen-size bed. A mini split system and ceiling fan ensure comfort even on warmer days.
The Kemi is designed to be versatile, whether you’re looking for a full-time home or an Airbnb rental.
