This trailer was built by Dressen Custom Trailers, in 2004 as a band trailer for local parades. It’s a blank canvas that can turn into your tiny home anything space on wheels.

Its 12.5′ tall (total to ground) giving you plenty of head space with 9′ walls and an 8′ lofted area above the front Door. The trailer interior is approx. 28′ to the nose, with an 8′ deep garage space in the back. Its bigger on the inside.

The windows/doors were all purchased from Menard’s; the metal roof is brand new as I just got it enclosed last fall. The trailer comes with a title and bill of sale, but being listed “As Is”. I pulled it 50′ miles with no problem using a heavy duty truck. The vinyl woodgrain didn’t go on as well as I hoped; I tried to show the ripples in the picture.

I would consider delivering it with an additional fee (depending on distance), but payment would need to be rendered before delivery.
