You will be staying in a 24 ft tiny house designed by Homestead Tiny House Company, located in the idyllic City of Williston, full of classic small town charm.

We make check in super easy!
Check in through Airbnb & receive step by step instructions to get inside your unit.
Once you're here check out our great amenities, including an outdoor seating pavilion, grill, and on-site Sad Donkey coffee shop!

The space

This 24 ft tiny home features an upstairs loft with a full bed and a queen size, foam, fold out couch bed downstairs.

The spacious bathroom includes a standing shower, mirror, a full set of toiletries, linens and a sink with butcher-block countertop vanity cabinet.

The kitchenette features a mini fridge, microwave, kitchen towels, a full set of dishes and silverware, dish soap and paper towels.
There is a toaster and a space heater under the kitchen cabinet.

The living area includes a couch, small endtable, chair and 36" Roku TV.

Other things to note

Pets are allowed exclusively in Unit 3, and a description of pet(s) must be disclosed prior to booking, subject to a $50 dollar pet fee. Maximum or 2 pets, 50lbs or less. Pets must not be left unattended in the unit for any reason. The owner will be liable for any damages caused by aforementioned pet(s). Pets that cause disturbance or distress to other guests will not be permitted to stay at the resort. Disturbance includes but is not limited to; excessive barking or howling, aggressive behavior, or failure to keep pet(s) on-leash in resort outdoor areas. Pet waste must be cleaned up thoroughly both in and outside units and disposed of in designated outdoor trash bins. Failure to observe any of these rules may result in your reservation being canceled and/or your group being asked to leave the resort.

The charcoal grill is available for free on a first come first serve basis, charcoal not included.

Don't feel like leaving the comfort of your unit to pick up charcoal? Let your host know 1 day prior to your stay that you'd like to use the grill, pay the $15 charcoal fee; and we'll have an 8lb bag of charcoal ready for you in your unit upon your arrival!
The unit does not have its own coffee maker since we have a great little coffee shop on property . Please feel free to bring your own coffee maker if you’d prefer.
